I am an trained and seasoned social worker, educator, coach, and educational leader with over 20 years of experience in teaching, teacher training, coaching, and academic innovation.
I have worked as a math and biology teacher in public and private schools in Berlin, Bonn, Ottawa and Gatineau before working as a principal at a private school in Ottawa. In the last years, I focused on curriculum and teacher development, and started my own business as a coach and facilitator.
I love coaching because it lets me do what I do best - help people grow, shift, and thrive. Whether I'm supporting teachers on the edge of burnout, or individuals just feeling stuck in life, I get to witness powerful transformation up close. It’s like project management - but way more meaningful, with real emotions and far fewer spreadsheets.
Coaching brings together everything I’ve done in education, leadership, and training. It’s where my inner detective, therapist, cheerleader, and slightly nosy friend all get to show up and do great work.
Seeing someone go from “Ugh, I’m stuck” to “Heck yes, I’ve got this!” never gets old. It’s empowering, energizing, and deeply rewarding.
Coaching is about helping people rewrite their stories with more courage, clarity, and confidence.
