Naomi, Elementary School Teacher
”Birte’s Mental Health workshop was a treat to be a part of. Her ability to blend research, personal insight, and practical tools created a space that was nourishing and inspiring.
As a long-time teacher, I’ve attended countless PD sessions, but this one struck a deeply personal chord.
One simple yet powerful takeaway which I’ve already started using is the 'Feel Good Space'…This is a designated area next to my desk, where I collect thank-you notes, student drawings, kind emails, and regularly record my own successes. This has become a powerful source of daily encouragement and will continue to feed me throughout the many years to come.
Birte’s session didn’t just offer information—it sparked a hopeful vision for all school environments to adopt. Team building that fosters individual sustainability.
This opportunity is not to be missed!"
